Spiced Green Mango Lassi

This recipe calls for ½-1 tsp of yellow curry powder. I personally like a full teaspoon because I really like the flavour. You can definitely use grocery store curry powder but I really do prefer a nice quality curry powder. In Toronto, it is easy to find <a href="http://www.arvindas.com" data-mce-href="http://www.arvindas.com">Arvinda's Indian spice blends</a> which is what I use here. They never disappoint.
Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups water
  • ½ cup coconut milk (canned)
  • zest of 1 lime
  • juice of 1 lime
  • juice of 1 orange
  • large handful of kale leaves (2-3 leaves)
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 scoops of collagen protein
  • ½ - 1 tsp of yellow curry powder
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender in order listed.
  2. Blend and enjoy cold.
