This recipe calls for ½-1 tsp of yellow curry powder. I personally like a full teaspoon because I really like the flavour. You can definitely use grocery store curry powder but I really do prefer a nice quality curry powder. In Toronto, it is easy to find <a href="http://www.arvindas.com" data-mce-href="http://www.arvindas.com">Arvinda's Indian spice blends</a> which is what I use here. They never disappoint.
Ingredients
1.5 cups water
½ cup coconut milk (canned)
zest of 1 lime
juice of 1 lime
juice of 1 orange
large handful of kale leaves (2-3 leaves)
2 cups frozen mango
pinch of salt
2 scoops of collagen protein
½ - 1 tsp of yellow curry powder
¼ tsp turmeric
Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender in order listed.
Blend and enjoy cold.
